Abstract:

With the constant developing of coal resource-based city and the gradual advancing of new urbanization process, construction of reasonable structure, ecological resources, friendly environment city leading by coal industry is the important measure to carry out the party's eighteen big spirit. According to the characteristics of coal resource-based city and considering factors such as economic development and location conditions, this paper makes a SWOT analysis of establishing Wu’an, Feixiang for resource-based sub-regional city based on Handan central city, and provide theoretical and practical support for achieving win-win regional group competition and overall benefit maximization through a discussion about the transformation advantage of choosing resource-based city as sub-regional center city.
